Role Overview

Japanese Language Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and structured

  Japanese language classes

  (beginner to advanced levels).
• Train students to clear

  JLPT levels

  or meet specific academic/industry goals.
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to learners needs.
• Incorporate Japanese

  culture, communication etiquette, and practical usage

  in sessions.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic and content team to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and session reports.

Required Qualifications

• JLPT

  N2 / N3 certification

  .
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Japanese studies or related.

• 35 years of teaching/training experience

  in Japanese language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom engagement and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching in a

  training institute, university, or edtech environment.

• Knowledge of

  digital teaching tools

  (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for

  interactive and experiential teaching methods.
