Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide sales support to Japanese clients by understanding their requirements and providing solutions through our products/services.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in Japan.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field (sales support).
Proficiency in Japanese language skills (reading , speaking).
Strong understanding of Sales
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
