Location: Pune / Remote Experience: 5 to 10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Japanese Coordinator to join our growing IT team. This role is critical for managing communication and coordination between Japanese clients and internal project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project coordination and client handling, along with fluency in both Japanese and English. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese clients and internal technical teams. Translate business requirements from Japanese to English (and vice versa) for effective execution. Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Facilitate virtual meetings, status updates, and project briefings with Japanese stakeholders. Assist in preparing bilingual project documentation, reports, and presentations. Identify risks or communication gaps and proactively work to resolve them. Support client onboarding, training, and post-deployment interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Japanese (business-level proficiency or JLPT N2/N1 preferred) and English. 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with proven project coordination and client-facing experience. Understanding of IT project lifecycle, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, and technical terminology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Experience with IT tools such as Jira, and collaboration platforms like Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Preferred: Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese corporate environment. Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise software projects.
