JOB TITLE- Assistant Manager- Technical Sales- Gujarat Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Person to promote and sell food ingredients, additives, and functional solutions to food & beverage manufacturers . The role requires a strong understanding of food technology, ability to provide application support, and a passion for driving sales through customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Promote and sell food ingredients and additives to B2B clients. · Develop new business by identifying potential customers in bakery, dairy, beverages, confectionery, snacks, and nutraceutical sectors. · Provide technical support and application guidance to customers, including assistance in product development, trials, and troubleshooting. · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for clients. · Collaborate with R&D and application teams to customize solutions based on client requirements. · Collect and analyze market intelligence (competitor products, pricing, and customer trends). · Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies. · Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. · Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars. Qualifications & Skills: · Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. · Experience: 2–5 years in technical sales/business development of food ingredients, additives, or nutraceuticals (mandatory). · Strong understanding of food formulations, applications, and industry regulations (FSSAI, Codex, etc.). · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly manner. · Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
