Now, were on a mission to build, dominate, and lead in the Sri City & Chennai steel market and were looking for a seasoned Business Development Head to drive this transformation. Role Objective: To spearhead the growth and expansion of Jai Ganesh Ispats operations in Sri City, scaling from 2,500 MT/month to 20,000 MT/month through a combination of direct sales, OEM job work, market penetration, and strategic business developmentwith complete ownership and accountability. This is a high-ownership role requiring a dynamic, street-smart, techno-commercial leader who can combine strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Market Expansion Define and execute a strategic roadmap to expand our presence across Auto, Consumer Appliance, Solar , Panel manufacturers, Lift and Escalators , Switch Gear Manufacturers, Infrastructure, and OEM segments. Conduct detailed market mapping and segmentation for South India, especially Chennai, Andhra, and Tamil Nadu industrial belts. Build a strong sales pipeline, hunt for new accounts, and snatch business aggressively across sectors. Conduct SWOT analysis of competitors, map trends, and leverage market intelligence for business advantage. Highlight emerging opportunities and convert them into long-term contracts and job work partnerships. Able to connect the dots with an analytical mindset. Techno-Commercial Expertise Deep understanding of GP / CRCA / Galvanised & Colour Coated Products and their application in Auto & Appliance and various related Industries. Translate customer requirements into operational deliverables, working in sync with plant teams and suppliers. Knowledge of decoiling, slitting, profiling, and nesting processes with a sharp eye for cost, waste reduction, and turnaround. Knowledge of Price calculations and costing Operational Coordination End-to-end coordination with suppliers for material procurement as per specifications. Collaborate closely with internal departments (QC, Operations, Logistics) to resolve issues proactively and maintain service excellence. Prioritize jobs, dispatches, and order fulfillment with clarity to ensure timely deliveries and zero downtime. Customer Relationship Management Build lasting partnerships with OEM customers, project contractors, and B2B clients. Understand OEM mindset and align internal capabilities to meet or exceed their expectations. Maintain strong communication to ensure satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Leadership & Team Building Build and lead a high-energy regional sales and operations team with clarity, motivation, accountability and performance-driven culture. Foster ownership, discipline, and result-orientation across all levels. Coach and mentor team members on sales strategies, customer handling, and product knowledge. What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves: 10+ years of experience in Steel Processing / Coated Coil Industry / Auto or Appliance Sector in a techno-commercial or BD leadership role. Proven experience in managing or scaling a plant’s business operations (preferred: GP/CRCA/Colour Coated line). In-depth understanding of processing unit operations (slitting, decoiling, profiling, packaging). Strong grip on product specifications, applications, and quality norms relevant to industrial clients. Analytical mindset with decision-making ability rooted in market logic and operational feasibility. Self-starter, street-smart, ruthless prioritizer, and someone who owns the business. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to command executive presence. Ability to influence and collaborate across departments, locations, and with external stakeholders. High resilience and ability to perform in a target-focused, high-pressure environment. Role Summary We are hiring a Finance Manager who goes far beyond bookkeeping. This is a high-responsibility, decision-making, leadership role that requires complete control and visibility over the groups financial health, compliance, banking, costing, inter-company transactions, and legal-financial systems. You will: Manage finance for the entire unit (Goa or Sri City) Lead a team of 15+ accounts personnel Design and control financial systems Own compliance and banking coordination Act as a financial
