Visited on Saturday afternoon in working hours. Lift access was denied by guard, no staff or services was available, only pantry boy was looking after the entire display center who had no idea about products. Disappointed with such a reputated brand

Amazing hospitality given by Nishat ! Satisfied with the explanation. But she was the single lady in the entire huge showroom. Would suggest to keep the Staff as we waited for 20 mins.

Jaguar world surat staff behaviour is very bad. Specially female staff. And same problem is with me to charge money though I have 7 years guarantee card. Now a days Jaguar quality is very poor.
