IVF Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing patient calls related to IVF and Obs and gynae, maintaining accurate patient data and appointment records, coordinating with the IVF counsellor and doctors, connecting with leads and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to enquiries.
• Call and follow up with IVF leads received from calls, walk-ins, or online platforms.
• Maintain and update patient enquiry, appointment, and registration records daily.
• Schedule and confirm IVF consultations and procedures with patients.
• Coordinate between patients, counsellor, and doctors for appointments.
• Track and report daily enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Assist in maintaining data of patients who visited, registered, or started IVF.
• Handle WhatsApp and basic online queries professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
