Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing IT operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure. Your strong theoretical and practical knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations will be crucial in analyzing and solving complex problems with great attention to detail. You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior management, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects related to IT infrastructure and operations with minimal supervision - Implement and improve processes based on the ITIL framework, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management - Onboard and train resolution groups in tools like ServiceNow and PagerDuty - Manage ServiceNow workflows, approval processes, and assignment groups effectively - Support IT operations in a large-scale environment, utilizing your IT Project Management skills - Generate metrics and reports using tools like ServiceNow and Power BI Qualifications Required: - Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to lead projects independently - Solid understanding of the ITIL framework - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in onboarding and training resolution groups in ServiceNow and PagerDuty - Proficiency in managing ServiceNow workflows, approval processes, and assignment groups (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
