Job Description

You should ideally possess 12-15 years of experience in the IT Infra & Application domain, particularly in developing a platform utilizing AIOps. The primary objective of this platform is to automate repetitive tasks by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The preferred candidate would be someone who has hands-on experience in creating this platform using custom scripts & GenAI, rather than relying on pre-built or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) automation tools. The main goal is to leverage this platform for automating operations in both ITOps and BizOps. This role offers the unique opportunity to be a part of the leadership team of a startup that is focused on addressing opportunities within the Global Capability Center (GCC) arena.,
