You should ideally possess 12-15 years of experience in the IT Infra & Application domain, particularly in developing a platform utilizing AIOps. The primary objective of this platform is to automate repetitive tasks by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The preferred candidate would be someone who has hands-on experience in creating this platform using custom scripts & GenAI, rather than relying on pre-built or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) automation tools. The main goal is to leverage this platform for automating operations in both ITOps and BizOps.
