Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to interface with clients for quality assurance issue resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and providing high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. Additionally, you will be involved in project estimation, solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding teams towards developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
