ITI - Trainee

As a Production Technician, you will have the opportunity to support in defining processes and learn relevant tasks through on-the-job training. Your expertise will be showcased by optimizing the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products. You will report to the Shift Leader. - Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed. - Monitor the production process under the supervision of a mentor and perform basic quality and testing checks. - Ensure effective usage of consumables, spare parts for machinery and equipment, and all sorts of preventive and corrective maintenance processes. - Provide cycle time data for the production process to internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Must possess a valid ITI Certificate from a recognized institute. - Trades accepted: Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic, etc. - Basic knowledge of tools and machinery related to the trade. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (for engineering trades). - Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards.,
