Job Description

We are seeking skilled ITI Painters to join our team. The role involves performing painting tasks on industrial equipment, machinery, and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Job location: Digha & Ambernath

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings as per specifications.
Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper finishing and quality standards are maintained.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Supervisor Role
:
Manage a team of painters and allocate tasks.
Monitor quality and productivity.
Maintain inventory of paints and materials.

Preferred candidate profile:

Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Attention to detail and quality.
Good physical stamina and safety awareness.
For Supervisors: Strong communication and team management skills.
