ITI Mechanical Technician (Electric Vehicle)

Job Description: You will play a crucial role in the mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance of electric vehicle components at Dyna Energy Solutions LLP in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing mechanical assembly of EV components such as chassis, motor mounts, wheel assemblies, battery enclosures, and body panels. - Assisting in vehicle assembly, testing, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). - Supporting the installation and alignment of key powertrain components like motors, axles, and suspension. - Conducting routine and preventive maintenance on EVs, with a focus on mechanical systems such as brakes, steering, and joints. - Participating in prototype builds and pilot production support. - Executing basic fabrication tasks like drilling, grinding, and welding as required. - Using tools such as torque wrenches, spanners, drills, grinders, and mechanical jigs/fixtures. - Interpreting and following assembly drawings, SOPs, and work instructions accurately. - Performing visual inspections and quality checks during the assembly process. - Collaborating with the electrical and electronics team for integrated vehicle assembly. - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all PPE and safety standards. Qualifications Required: - ITI certified in Fitter, Mechanical, or Automobile trades. - 0-3 years of experience in EV or automotive mechanical assembly. - Basic understanding of high-voltage safety procedures. - Knowledge of EV drivetrain, hub motors, or battery systems is a plus. - Experience with mechanical tools, industrial machinery, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. - Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. - Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills. - Willingness to learn quickly and follow instructions diligently.
