ITI Electrician/Fitter

Role Overview: You are required to be a qualified and reliable ITI Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within scientific facilities. Your role will involve following electrical codes, safety regulations, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to relevant codes and standards. - Diagnose and repair electrical problems as needed. - Inspect electrical systems for safety and functionality. - Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams accurately. - Install and maintain control systems and other electrical components. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment. - Ensure all electrical work is done safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with technical staff on projects and maintenance tasks. - Maintain accurate records of electrical installations and repairs. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - ITI certification in Electrician/Fitter trade from a recognized institution. - Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial or technical setting. - Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. - Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.,
