IT&D Senior Manager- Controls & Compliance - 1LOD

As an IT Controls professional at Reckitt, your role in the 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) will involve implementing, remediating, and ensuring adherence to IT controls across systems, with a strong focus on the SAP environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing IT controls and remediating control deficiencies in collaboration with control owners to ensure adherence to the IT General Control (ITGC) framework and other relevant standards. - Developing and maintaining a detailed tracking system for ongoing remediation efforts, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders. - Leveraging your expertise in SAP systems to identify, evaluate, and address control deficiencies specific to SAP environments. - Working with control owners to ensure timely execution of remediation actions, facilitating alignment on corrective measures. - Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation for all remediation efforts and control adjustments. - Supporting the risk acceptance process for issues that cannot be remediated, in consultation with relevant stakeholders. The experience we're seeking in a candidate includes: - 9+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in IT controls, IT audit, or a related field within the 1LOD. - Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT control frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX. - Proven experience in hands-on remediation of IT control deficiencies and managing risk acceptance. - Essential SAP systems experience with knowledge of control requirements specific to SAP environments, including SAP Change Control processes. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively influence stakeholders. - Fluency in German, Polish, or Spanish is highly desirable, depending on the role and region. - Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
