IT&D Senior Analyst FP&A - MFG

Role Overview: As the IT&D Senior Analyst FP&A at Reckitt, you will be a crucial part of the Global Delivery Hub in the IT&D ERP Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Legal Team. Your primary responsibility will be to govern the technical delivery of the FP&A system at Reckitt SAP Analytics Cloud. You will work closely with business counterparts to ensure a standardized planning solution is achieved within Reckitt. Key Responsibilities: - Address the operational interests of the business community by ensuring users have access to the information system for mission-critical requirements - Lead technical developments in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) from the IT side and collaborate with business counterparts - Maintain the roadmap of FP&A solutions to achieve standardization within Reckitt - Govern and enforce standardized solutions for projects and continuous improvement initiatives in SAC - Maintain the quality of the FP&A solution and aim to enhance user experience - Collaborate with Business-As-Usual (BAU) organization for FP&A tool support - Advise and support the BSO during business case definition to ensure standardization from an integration architecture viewpoint - Drive data integrity between systems and ensure operational check and balance - Collaborate with IT stakeholders and lead technical/functional development activities - Own integrations, data governance, reporting, and analytics in SAC - Manage general administration tasks such as license and workspace management Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of experience in the IT Finance domain with multiple FP&A systems/technologies and global implementations - Strong understanding of core financial concepts and financial planning processes - Experience with financial planning systems like SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Knowledge of integrating planning systems with other organizational systems - Ability to lead design workshops, gather requirements, and lead testing processes - Experience working with cross-functional teams and 3rd party service providers - Experience supporting complex change and multi-disciplinary projects Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
