Should have Experience of various ITAM/ITSM processes like analysis, Documentation/playbooks, escalation, incident documentation, SLAs, client meetings, report walk throughs, bridge calls, RFPs, etc.Must have experience with Process OptimizationMust Have Experienced ITAM Professional adept at optimizing IT asset lifecycleGood to Managed prioritization of ServiceDesk support team for ITAMShould have ITAM Life Cycle and Handling Incidents/Escalated TasksMust be Implemented inventory lifecycle controls including stock categorization, valuation methods, reorder thresholds
