IT Workflow System Engineer

As a Workflow System Engineer, your primary focus will be on supporting production needs and processes, conducting analysis workshops, optimizing business processes, and developing configured workflows and integrations using Esko Automation Engine and other relevant solutions. To excel in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages creativity, adaptability, and change. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as a strong technical foundation and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent professional qualification) and have developer experience/knowledge in Esko software, particularly Automation Engine. Familiarity with the packaging industry is considered a plus. Proficiency in Azure API & services, machine learning, and basic programming concepts, along with at least 5 years of experience in areas such as prepress/print production workflows, business processes, asset management technology solutions, and software user training, is required. Additionally, knowledge or experience in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and other technical service domains will be advantageous. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must, while proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
