Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging IT Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technology training programs for employees, clients, or students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver IT training courses on topics such as:
• Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Cybersecurity awareness
• Software development tools and practices
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Company-specific software and systems
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Develop training materials including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs based on feedback.
• Stay current with technological trends and tools relevant to the organization.
• Collaborate with IT teams, HR, and department managers to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Cisco Instructor, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Instructional design and adult learning theory knowledge.
• Experience in a corporate training environment.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Project management and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
