IT Technical Lead

You will be responsible for leading the technical direction of projects, overseeing software development, and managing cross-functional technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions, managing and mentoring a team of developers and engineers, collaborating closely with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, conducting thorough code reviews, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting technical issues, promoting best practices in software engineering, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. You should have strong proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management, hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar, and expertise in front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js would be a plus. Additionally, you should possess proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, strong communication skills, experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools is desirable, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
