You have a great opportunity to join DuckTale IT Services as an IT System Administrator. Your role will involve managing and monitoring computer systems, networks, and servers. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, as well as install and configure systems, printers, and software. It will be your responsibility to take regular data backups and ensure system security. Additionally, you will provide support to employees for their day-to-day IT issues. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT system administration. - Proficiency in managing computer systems, networks, and servers. - Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. - Experience in installing and configuring systems, printers, and software. - Knowledge of data backup procedures and system security measures. - Ability to provide effective IT support to employees.
