About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist with system setup, configuration, and installation of hardware/software 2. Provide first-level support for LAN/Wi-Fi, printer, and desktop issues 3. Monitor basic server performance and escalate alerts to senior IT staff 4. Support user account setup, email configuration, and folder access requests 5. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation logs 6. Follow IT security policies and escalate technical issues as per protocol 7. Collaborate with Admin/HR for IT-related onboarding and shift support 8. Diploma / BCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) / B.E (ECE/IT/CS) or equivalent 2. Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and OS installation 3. Familiarity with routers, switches, printers, and server basics is a plus 4. Good communication and documentation skills 5. Willingness to learn and work in a live office environment 6.
