Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for hardware maintenance, network management, technical support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, software installation, backup and recovery, security, and collaboration with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and network issues promptly. - Monitor network performance and security, ensuring the integrity and availability of IT systems. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and network problems, minimizing downtime and disruptions. - Maintain accurate records of hardware and network configurations, issues, and resolutions. - Install and update software applications and operating systems as needed. - Implement and manage data backup and recovery procedures to protect against data loss. - Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing and maintaining security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and network management. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and network security. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 14/03/2025.
