Responsibilities

• Website Management: Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the company’s website and operations.
• User Assistance: Support employees with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
• Data Management: Assist with data backups, recovery, and ensuring data security.
• Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
• Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements and skills

· A Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience.

Technical skills

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining websites using WordPress.

· Knowledge of development technologies including JavaScript.

· Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac OS).

· Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

Professional skills

· Good time-management skills.

· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team

Shift Timing: 1:00pm to 10:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
