IT Support Fresher

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Fresher IT Assistant who is keen to start their career in IT support and infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on exposure to real-world IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic troubleshooting of Windows desktops and laptops
• Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and antivirus
• Basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
• Assisting in hardware assembly, upgrades, and replacements
• User support for email, printers, and common office applications
• Assisting in backup checks and basic security tasks
• Maintaining basic documentation and inventory
• Onsite and remote support as required

Required Skills (Basic Knowledge Is Enough):

• Windows OS (Windows 10 / 11)
• Basic computer hardware concepts
• Fundamentals of networking (IP, router, switch basics)
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting and customer handling
• Good communication and a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Any IT certification (Hardware / Networking / Windows basics)
• Internship or hands-on practice experience
• Knowledge of Linux or servers is a plus
