We need skilled personnel to assist our clients with product installation, configuration, customization & demonstration to use our products. Freshers can join as a Product Support Executive in Puducherry to kick start your career in IT. TECHNICAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR 3 MONTHS. How will you contribute: Remotely install our software products to clients. Clarify technical queries. Demonstrate product usage. Document client requirements. Generate reports periodically. Create, update & maintain official documentations. Coordinate with the administration. Essential Requirements : 0-1 year of experience. Willingness to follow work ethics. Good analytical skill. Good focus & effective handle work pressure with composure. Ability achieve business objectives & assignments. Good communications skills with fluency in English. Educational Requirements : B.Sc in any discipline. B.E./B.Tech in any discipline.
