Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Technical Support
• Strong proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts
• Experience with ticketing tools and remote support tools
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work from office at Whitefield, Bangalore
