Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.

Monitor IT systems, perform backups, and resolve technical incidents in real-time.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and support logs.
Support the setup and maintenance of dental software and digital systems.
