IT SUPPORT EXCUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for all hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals), software (operating systems, applications), and network-related issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot surveillance systems and biometric hardware to ensure their smooth operation.
• Offer remote IT assistance to assigned branches from the head office.
• Conduct on-site visits to branches as needed to resolve complex issues or perform maintenance.
• Manage and maintain accurate asset lists, including hardware and software, for all branches within the assigned region.
• Assist with warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Track and document all support activities, issues, and resolutions using a helpdesk ticketing system.
• Ensure timely resolution of all support requests and provide regular updates to users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support role.

Edcation: Any degree or diploma completion.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external vendors.

Skills:
Strong knowledge ofhardware,software,networking, and a basic understanding of surveillance and biometric systems .CCTV

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in IT support within the hospitality, hotel management, or corporate IT sectors is highly desirable.

This is a support role primarily based out of a head office.

The role requires a willingness to travel to different branch locations for on-site work.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
