IT Support & Device Management Specialist (MDM)

The IT Support & Device Management Specialist (MDM) at LEDFlex Group plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring the secure and efficient management of all endpoints, including mobile devices, laptops, and desktops. Your responsibilities will include administering and maintaining Mac and PC environments, deploying and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, overseeing device lifecycle management, maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing IT assets and inventory records, assisting with Business Central support, and providing support for staff onboarding/offboarding among others. You should have experience managing MDM platforms and multi-device environments, a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, proficiency with IT management tools, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, and hands-on experience supporting Business Central workflows. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field along with 1-3 years of experience in an IT Admin / IT Systems Manager role is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, efficient troubleshooting abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to system management are essential for this role.
