About the Role

IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize IBM TM1/Planning Analytics models for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance TM1 applications.
• Build and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, TI processes, and business rules.
• Support data integration between TM1 and ERP/financial systems.
• Provide end-user support and training to Finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and report accuracy.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Document processes, configurations, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelor's/Masters in

  Information Technology

  ,

  Computer Science

  , or related discipline with a strong understanding of

  Finance or Accounting

  .
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in

  IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics

  .
• Solid understanding of

  finance modules

  – Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Financial Reporting.
• Proficient in

  TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI)

  processes, Rules scripting, and cube design.
• Experience with

  TM1 Web

  ,

  Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx)

  , and

  Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)

  .
• Good coding/scripting skills (e.g.,

  TM1 scripting

  ,

  SQL

  ,

  MDX

  ,

  Python

  is a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and Finance stakeholders.

Preferred/Nice to Have

• Experience integrating TM1 with

  Oracle

• Exposure to

  cloud-based deployments

  or TM1 SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with
