About This Opportunity
We are now looking for an experienced IT-Security Operations Manager to join our team ensure that our Test Environment infrastructure is compliant and resilient from an IT-Security perspective, by continuously monitor compliance and lead a dialogue with R&D Test Environment E3/EST community to identify and ensure needed corrective actions.
What You Will Do
Security Operations Support
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day IT security operations tasks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support security-related initiatives.
Vulnerability Management
- Support vulnerability scanning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Help maintain and operate tools like Tenable.sc, ensuring data accuracy and integration.
IT Asset Management (ITAM): Contribute towards ITAM related activities to have better accuracy and KPI measurements.
Security Tooling & Automation
- Assist in deploying and configuring security tools.
- Help automate routine tasks and reporting.
Dashboards & Metrics
- Help build and maintain dashboards to track security metrics.
- Support reporting efforts by preparing data and visualizations.
Governance & Compliance
- Assist in implementing security policies and procedures.
- Support audit and compliance activities by gathering documentation and evidence.
Incident Response Support
- Help coordinate with incident response teams during investigations.
- Contribute to documentation and follow-up activities post-incident.
You will bring
Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 Years Of Relevant Experience.
Exposure to security tools like Tenable.sc, SIEM platforms, or endpoint protection is a plus.Basic understanding of vulnerability management and IT asset processes.Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Splunk) is a plus.Advanced knowledge of IT-Infrastructure Architecture, Operation, and maintenanceMust be able to interpret and translate IT-security requirements into technical requirements and solutions.Strong understanding of IT-Infrastructure and network security principles and practices.Good knowledge of Ericsson's R&D organization, IT-organization and related TE and IT-Infra governance processesGood interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
Security+ or equivalent entry-level certification.ITIL Foundation.Any relevant training in cybersecurity operations or tools.Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
