IT SAP S/4 HANA RTP Consultant

As an experienced SAP Consultant at Corning, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations team by collaborating on break/fix activities and conducting working sessions with business users to clarify requirements and troubleshoot issues. Your expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4, along with a proficiency in business analysis, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design, will be essential for success in this role. You will be expected to leverage your knowledge of key integration areas such as procurement, finance, supply chain, and warehouse management to optimize end-to-end business processes. Additionally, your experience in MM (Material Management) implementation and customizing, familiarity with S4 Conversion, workflow, interfaces, and EDI, will be highly desirable. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work in an international team using collaboration tools to operate cohesively. Your ability to research and apply OSS notes to resolve issues, along with utilizing Corning's ITSM applications like ServiceNow, Teams, Sharepoint, and SAP ChaRM, will be crucial for meeting SLA commitments defined by IT. Your strong communication skills, both written and oral, will be essential for creating RICEF and design documents. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in debugging complex programs, along with experience in other SAP modules, development (ABAP), Fiori, Adobe Forms, and Workflow. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent customer service, ability to perform under pressure, good teamwork, and strong analytical thinking will be valued in this role.
