IT Salesforce Developer IV

You will be a Specialist Level Professional responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex IT enterprise software solutions. Your primary focus will be on frameworks, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging IT software issues to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technology needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and refine project requirements throughout the development lifecycle, from conception to delivery. It will be crucial for you to apply best practices to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Additionally, you will mentor and provide guidance to other team members as necessary. Your major responsibilities will include: Planning: - Defining and driving technology strategy at project and enterprise levels. - Leading the development and implementation of coding standards. - Collaborating with IT leadership on long-term technology initiatives. - Evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing systems. - Leading cross-functional teams in strategic planning and execution. System Design & Integration: - Managing and leading large-scale development projects. - Defining and implementing enterprise-wide coding standards. - Evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing systems. - Providing technical expertise in solving complex problems. System Operations: - Designing and implementing proactive monitoring solutions. - Leading efforts to automate routine support tasks. - Acting as a liaison between support and development teams. - Developing and delivering advanced technical training for the team. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives in support processes. Mentorship: - Mentoring colleagues and junior developers in providing technical strategy. - Enabling and guiding cross-functional learning and collaboration. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) and Platform Events. - Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, compliance, and version control systems. - Experience with advanced integration techniques, third-party applications, and comprehensive test strategies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Software Development Life Cycle. - Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and technical teams, as well as prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 12+ years of IT enterprise software development experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving technology initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of projects, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
