Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident IT Sales Executive (Fresher) with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role involves engaging with international clients and generating leads through cold calling. Ideal for someone who wants to kickstart their career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a sales pipeline in the international market (US/UK/Canada).
• Coordinate with international clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand client needs and share relevant information with internal teams.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure successful lead conversions.
• Keep records of client communication and sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Eager to learn and grow in the IT sales domain.
• Strong follow-up and convincing ability.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA preferred)
• Freshers are welcome
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Must be willing to work from Zirakpur office (onsite)
