IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Pitch IT products and solutions to potential clients via phone, email, and online/offline meetings.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support the lead generation through SEO, social media, and online ads.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, or product presentations.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in IT sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of custom software development, website designing and development, E-commerce, WordPress Development, Digital Marketing strategies like SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the IT services or SaaS industry.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and other lead generation tools (Justdial, Indiamart).
