Job Description

Responsibilities:

*Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and inbound inquiries.
Understand customer IT needs and provide appropriate solutions (software, services, or support).
Conduct product presentations and demos.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing/contracts.
Follow up with clients and close sales to meet targets.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.

Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
Create and manage content for website, blogs, and social platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with design/content teams for marketing collateral.
Analyze campaign results and provide improvement suggestions.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in IT sales and/or marketing preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and tech interest may be considered.

Technical & Professional Skills:

Good understanding of IT products and services (e.g., software solutions, managed IT services, cloud computing).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with sales CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
