IT Release Manager

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, IT release management, and Agile development. You should possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to apply appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development process. Experience in executing formal software test events and working with Agile Framework is essential. You should also have experience with Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and structured thinking, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to task completion. Knowledge in Salesforce Deployment and Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines is a plus. As part of your responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, System Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, and QA Teams. Your role will involve managing all environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production. You will be responsible for refreshing all environments in coordination with the development and QA teams. Additionally, you will oversee releases for 3 platforms and collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth pre-deployment, deployment, and post-release support. Working with the Scrum master, you will manage release schedules, align work with sprint cycles, and product roadmaps. Flexibility to work during nights and weekends as per the release schedule is required for this role.,
