2. Building a Talent Pool
3. Communication and Coordination
4. Follow-up and Candidate Engagement
5. Client Interaction (if applicable)
6. Documentation and Reporting
7. Meeting Recruitment Targets
8. Market Research
9. Candidate Background Verification
10. Adherence to Compliance and Policies
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 11 AM to 7 PM
Sunday - Holiday
Technical Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- English communication must
Languages Known: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English (At Least anyone language Preferred)
Educational Qualification: Any Degree, any passed-out year.
Salary:
- First 6 months: Take home 15,000 + Incentives based on performance
- Post 6 months: Salary increase based on performance
