The IT Quality Intmd Analyst role is ideal for a developing professional with the ability to solve complex problems independently. Your focus will be on improving regression and end-to-end testing efficiency, enhancing test coverage, and advocating for best practices in test automation, including the adoption of AI/ML-based testing tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the testing community. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in automation and non-functional software testing - Expertise in test automation frameworks/tools like Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Junit - Strong programming skills in Core Java - Knowledge in SQL - Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) - Experience in build tools like Maven/Gradle, continuous integration tools like Jenkins, source management tools like Git/GitHub - Experience of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices - Familiarity with cloud-based test execution AWS, Azure, or GCP - Preferred - Experience with AI-driven test automation and advanced test data management strategies - Preferred Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced, Certified Agile Tester, or Selenium WebDriver certification - Exposure to banking/financial domains, particularly Treasury applications is a plus - Hands-on experience in code development, unit testing, and integration testing - Confident, innovative, self-motivated, aggressive, results-oriented, and passionate about automation in quality engineering Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience As an IT Quality Intmd Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of services provided, which will directly impact the effectiveness of your team and closely related teams.
