Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an IT Projects Mentor, located in the Bangalore Urban district. The IT Projects Mentor will guide, support, and oversee the progress of students working on IT projects, ensuring proper execution and learning. Responsibilities include mentoring students, reviewing project deliverables, providing constructive feedback, and assisting learners with technical challenges. The mentor will foster a supportive learning environment and equip students with the tools and skills to succeed in their projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, software development, and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in IT projects
• Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide constructive solutions
• Patience, a learner-first approach, and a passion for teaching and guiding students
• Experience with managing or working on IT projects in a professional environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience is an added advantage
