IT Project Manager/Team Lead

You are a proactive and results-driven IT Project Manager / Team Lead responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end software and IT projects. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in managing a dynamic team and ensuring excellent client-facing interactions. Your role will play a crucial part in project success by effectively managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. You will lead and manage multiple IT/software development projects from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation will be key tasks to ensure project performance is tracked and timely delivery is achieved within budget. As a Team Lead, you will mentor, guide, and lead cross-functional development teams. Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a collaborative and productive team environment will be crucial for team success. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring client requirements are understood and aligned with project goals. Providing regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients will be essential. Handling escalations and effectively managing client expectations will be key in maintaining strong client relationships.
