Presales IT Expert
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities (both inbound and outbound) in the US market.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Engage with prospects to understand their strategic needs, pain points, and business drivers.
- Qualify opportunities rigorously and prioritize those with high potential.
Presales Solutioning & Technical Engagement
- Collaborate with potential clients to gather detailed technical/business requirements.
- Architect technical solutions (IT services and product) aligned to customer needs.

- Support Sales with technical leadership during customer meetings, discovery sessions, and solution reviews.
Proposal & RFP / RFI Management

- Manage bid teams, timelines, and deliverables for each RFP.
Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts nurture relationships, understand future needs, and drive expansion.

Process Definition & Sales Enablement

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
: 612 years in presales, business development, solutions consulting, or similar roles (IT services/products).Technical background
: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, or related technologies.Presales expertise
: Proven track record in RFP/RFI response, POC design and delivery, technical solution architecture. TTGSales mindset
: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, engage prospects, and drive deals to closure.Communication
