IT Support Engineer – Hardware, Networking & Server

Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Role

Infra.Health is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer with expertise in hardware, networking, and server administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting civil engineering teams with software installations like AutoCAD, architectural tools, and related civil software.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices
• Perform routine hardware, server, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
• Manage server administration, data backups, and system security
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AutoCAD, Excel, and civil/architectural engineering software
• Provide technical support to staff and engineers for IT-related issues
• Ensure smooth on-site IT operations and coordinate with vendors when needed

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT hardware, networking, and server management
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office (Excel), and networking protocols
• Experience in installing & maintaining AutoCAD and other civil/architectural software
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment (Pune)
