Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations to oversee Genzeon's IT systems and

infrastructure. This role blends CIO-level responsibilities ensuring our internal IT environment

remains robust, secure, and compliant while also supporting client-facing delivery and

innovation. Position based in Hyderabad. Our US office in Exton and in India we are in

Hyderabad and Pune. 75% our 580 associates are local to these locations, remaining 25% work

remote.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations Lead day-to-day IT operations with focus on uptime and reliability.

o Oversee internal systems (Office 365, Zoho, etc.)

o Manage licensing, procurement, and vendor payments

o Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, laptops)

Corporate Security Own security posture, ensuring protection of internal assets.

Corporate Compliance Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC, and other certifications.

o Oversee and coordinate responses to vendor/client security and compliance

questionnaires.

Requirements

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology

15+ years of experience in cloud computing and infrastructure solutions.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals.

Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and

infrastructure platforms (e.g., on-premises, hybrid, multi-cloud).

experience or exposure to various operating systems (Windows/Linux/Solaris)

preferred.
