IT Operations - Analyst

As a Technology Operations Analyst at Annalect, you will be an integral part of the technology team, responsible for managing user access, client creation within tools, and monitoring application usage and health. Your role will involve interacting with users and product owner teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Keep track of all user access requests and ensure timely resolution of tickets. - Conduct health checks on applications, collaborate with points of contact, and prepare documentation. - Address and resolve issues faced by internal/external client users while accessing the platform. - Manage the Technology SharePoint site, identify areas for improvement, and maintain up-to-date documentation. - Serve as the first point of contact for global users for access management, new application/project creation, and client onboarding within the tool. - Utilize the CRM (Hubspot) tool to communicate important updates on technology-wide initiatives. - Engage in discussions to enhance internal processes and tools. - Collaborate with the Product team to provide information on new products/features through FAQs, deep dive sessions, and product demos. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience as a Technology Operations Analyst or in a similar role. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 monthly rotation shift. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative and following through. - Ability to effectively communicate technical and functional information to various audiences. - Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to reprioritize based on business needs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Office, SharePoint), CRM (JIRA, Hubspot), and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau). - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.,
