Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 10–15+ years of proven experience in the IT field, with a focus on software development and infrastructure.

Key Skills

• Full-stack software development experience.
• Programming: Python, JavaScript, PHP
• Front-end: Angular, React, Vue
• Back-end: Laravel, Express.js, Next.js
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting & decision-making skills
• Knowledge of servers, desktops, laptops, storage & networking
• VLAN configuration & subdomain setup
• Familiarity with database optimization (partitioning, indexing, merging)

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the software development team: mentoring, performance management, skill growth
• Manage end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Implement and manage data exchange methods (APIs, stored procedures, ODBC, etc.)
• Automate workflows and processes using modern tools
• Monitor software performance, scalability, and security
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tech, frameworks, and best practices
• Ensure IT security, policy compliance, and regulatory alignment
• Design and implement IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking)
• Establish robust backup and disaster recovery systems
• Test and troubleshoot IT systems for seamless integration
