IT Officer - Hardware and networking

Hardware & Networking will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's hardware systems and network infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware devices (e.g., computers, printers, servers), ensuring smooth network operations (LAN, WAN, VPN), and addressing connectivity issues. The role also involves implementing security protocols, monitoring network performance, and providing technical support to staff. The IT Officer will ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and efficiently, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting IT projects related to hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Oversee network infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Implement security measures, including firewalls and anti-virus protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Maintain network performance and optimize systems for uptime.
• Document hardware configurations and network setups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware management and networking.
• Knowledge of network devices, protocols, and operating systems.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
