IT & Network Engineer

As a Level 1 IT & Network Engineer at Netsach, a Cyber Security Company, you will be responsible for providing onsite support in Manama, Bahrain. You will work closely with L2/L3 support engineers to deliver L1-level support for IT systems, network, and cybersecurity. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, basic configuration tasks, and end-user support. Additionally, you will offer hands-on assistance in a professional business environment, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure and architecture under supervision. To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid Work Visa and Bahrain Driving License. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in spoken and written English. A sound understanding of the IT industry, cybersecurity, networking, and IT solutions is required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support role.
